While we will do our best to take your preference into account, we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated your preferred stand. It is possible to rent more than one stand.

Early bird discount

  1. An early booking discount of 10% applies if you reserve your stand and pay 25% of the stand price before December 31, 2020.
  2. An early booking discount of 5% applies if you reserve your stand and pay 25% of the stand price before December 31, 2021.

Cancellation

On cancellation, you are liable for the cancellation fee. For cancellation more than three months before the event: 50% of the cost of the stand. For cancellation less than three months before the event: 100% of the cost of the stand.

The stand prices include one table and two chairs, electricity (220V), carpet tiles, partition walls, lighting, fascia board with the name you supply, Wi-Fi, drinks and snacks for you and your guests, and a catering package to the value of €124.00 for 2 persons (lunch buffet and dinner buffet on Friday, and lunch box on Saturday). Extras and other facilities are available for an additional fee.

All stated prices are exclusive of the applicable VAT rate.

The stand price includes a catering package to the value of €124.00 for 2 persons (lunch buffet and dinner buffet on Friday, and lunch box on Saturday). Drinks and snacks for you and your guests are also included, and can be ordered from the fixed catering points on the hall floor.
