Catering
Catering during the Holland Fisheries Event is provided by the venue and its official catering partner.
Coffee stations with service bars are available throughout all exhibition halls. Exhibitors can collect coffee, tea, and other beverages for themselves and their guests during both exhibition days.
In addition, a variety of fish snacks will be served on the exhibition floor throughout the event for both exhibitors and visitors.
Each stand includes 2 catering passes for both exhibition days as standard (unless otherwise agreed). These passes provide catering for two stand representatives:
Thursday
- Hot and cold lunch
Friday
- Hot and cold lunch
- Evening sandwich box
Do you have additional stand staff or would you like to order extra catering? Additional catering can be ordered per person and per day via the caterer’s website
Additional Facilities and Furniture
Each stand includes the following standard package:
- 1 low round table
- 2 chairs
- Carpet tiles
- Fascia board with company name
- Lighting
- Electricity connection
- Standard stand construction and wall panels
Additional facilities can be ordered directly through the venue and stand builder De Koningshof
Available options include:
- Additional furniture
- LED screens
- Three-phase power supply
- Water connections
- Other stand facilities and services
Stand Decoration and Branding
Special hooks are available through the event organisation for attaching promotional materials to the stand structure.
Please note: It is not permitted to attach materials directly to the stand walls using tape, glue, pins, or similar fixing methods.

Build-Up and Breakdown
Exact build-up and breakdown schedules will be announced shortly.
During build-up and breakdown, the following equipment will be available:
- Trolleys/hand trucks
- Forklift assistance
Please note that forklift services cannot be scheduled in advance. The on-site team will assist all exhibitors as efficiently as possible.
Heavy Equipment on Your Stand
Would you like to display an engine, machine, or other heavy equipment on your stand?
Please inform the event organisation well in advance. This allows us to coordinate with the stand builder and assess the possibilities regarding:
- Transport to the stand
- Placement of equipment
- Technical and safety requirements
- Installation and dismantling
Early notification helps ensure a safe and efficient setup process.
Exhibitor Staff Registration
Information regarding the registration of stand personnel and invited guests will be announced shortly.
You will also be able to download promotional materials to invite your customers and business relations and to promote your participation in the Holland Fisheries Event.
