The arrangements for the assembly and disassembly of stands are as follows:
– Thursday 6 October 2022: 8 a.m. – 8.30 p.m. Exhibitors deliver materials
Assistance with unloading your vehicle will be available on Thursday. A forklift is available and light transport equipment will be present.
– Friday 7 October 2022: 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. Exhibitors deliver smaller materials
– Saturday 8 October 2022: 2.05 p.m. – 6 p.m. Exhibitors disassemble materials
Assistance with loading your vehicle will be available on Saturday. A forklift is available and light transport equipment will be present.
– Monday 10 October 2022: 8 a.m. – noon. Disassembly by stand builders
No assistance with loading your vehicle will be available on Monday. A forklift will only be available on request and at your own expense.
