Holland\u00a0Fisheries\u00a0Event 2026<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1.0 General<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1 These\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions\u00a0apply\u00a0to\u00a0all\u00a0activities\u00a0related\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0organization\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Holland\u00a0Fisheries\u00a0Event. The counterparty in these\u00a0terms,\u00a0referred\u00a0to\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor,\u00a0consists\u00a0of\u00a0tenants\u00a0of (stand)\u00a0locations\u00a0at\u00a0the\u00a0exhibition\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0held\u00a0during\u00a0the\u00a0Holland\u00a0Fisheries\u00a0Event. The Holland\u00a0Fisheries\u00a0Event is\u00a0organized\u00a0by\u00a0Projectbureau HFE on\u00a0behalf\u00a0of Stichting Visserijdagen Urk,\u00a0hereinafter\u00a0referred\u00a0to\u00a0as:\u00a0the\u00a0organization. The Holland\u00a0Fisheries\u00a0Event\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0held at Koningshof in Urk,\u00a0hereinafter\u00a0referred\u00a0to\u00a0as: Koningshof.\u00a0By\u00a0signing\u00a0the\u00a0participation\u00a0agreement,\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor\u00a0commits\u00a0to\u00a0comply\u00a0with\u00a0these\u00a0general\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2\u00a0If\u00a0a\u00a0situation\u00a0arises\u00a0between\u00a0the\u00a0parties\u00a0that\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0regulated\u00a0in these\u00a0general\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions,\u00a0this\u00a0situation\u00a0shall\u00a0be\u00a0assessed\u00a0\u201cin\u00a0the\u00a0spirit\u201d of these\u00a0general\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3 These\u00a0general\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions\u00a0apply\u00a0to\u00a0this\u00a0agreement,\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0exclusion\u00a0of\u00a0any\u00a0other\u00a0general\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1.4\u00a0If\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor\u00a0does\u00a0not\u00a0comply, or does\u00a0not\u00a0fully\u00a0comply,\u00a0with\u00a0these\u00a0conditions,\u00a0the\u00a0organization\u00a0is\u00a0entitled\u00a0to\u00a0deny\u00a0access\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Holland\u00a0Fisheries\u00a0Event\u00a0and\/or\u00a0instruct\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor\u00a0to\u00a0immediately\u00a0remove\u00a0stand\u00a0materials\u00a0and\u00a0exhibition\u00a0items, without\u00a0this\u00a0giving\u00a0rise\u00a0to\u00a0any\u00a0claim\u00a0for\u00a0compensation\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor,\u00a0and\u00a0without\u00a0prejudice\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor\u2019s\u00a0other\u00a0obligations\u00a0under\u00a0this\u00a0agreement,\u00a0including\u00a0payment\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0agreed\u00a0stand\u00a0rental. The\u00a0organization\u00a0reserves\u00a0the\u00a0right\u00a0to\u00a0refuse\u00a0prospective\u00a0exhibitors.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1.5\u00a0Exhibitors\u00a0who\u00a0do\u00a0not\u00a0comply\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0above\u00a0provisions\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0removed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0event\u00a0organization.\u00a0Upon\u00a0removal,\u00a0they\u00a0forfeit\u00a0the\u00a0right\u00a0to\u00a0further\u00a0participation\u00a0and\u00a0can\u00a0no\u00a0longer\u00a0claim\u00a0any\u00a0refund\u00a0of\u00a0paid\u00a0stand\u00a0rental\u00a0or\u00a0additional\u00a0participation\u00a0costs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2.0 Stand\u00a0construction<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0exhibitor\u00a0is\u00a0obliged\u00a0to\u00a0strictly\u00a0comply\u00a0with\u00a0all\u00a0government\u00a0regulations\u00a0regarding\u00a0construction\u00a0and\u00a0furnishing\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0stand, as well as\u00a0the\u00a0general\u00a0conditions\u00a0imposed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0management of\u00a0the\u00a0exhibition\u00a0building,\u00a0including:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. It is\u00a0not\u00a0permitted\u00a0to\u00a0attach\u00a0objects\u00a0of\u00a0any\u00a0kind\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0building\u00a0and\/or\u00a0its\u00a0components\u00a0in\u00a0any\u00a0way.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Floor loads\u00a0exceeding\u00a0500 kg per square meter must\u00a0be\u00a0discussed\u00a0in advance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      <\/ol>\n

      3.0 Gas, water,\u00a0electricity<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      3.1 The\u00a0costs\u00a0for\u00a0connection\u00a0and\u00a0consumption\u00a0of gas, water\u00a0and\/or power\u00a0supply\u00a0(380V), stand\u00a0furnishing,\u00a0and\u00a0all\u00a0costs\u00a0related\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0stand, as well as transport of\u00a0goods\u00a0and\/or stand\u00a0materials, are\u00a0borne\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.0 The\u00a0exhibitor\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0permitted:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.1\u00a0To\u00a0use\u00a0any\u00a0space\u00a0outside\u00a0their\u00a0stand or\u00a0location\u00a0for\u00a0distributing\u00a0printed\u00a0materials\u00a0or advertising without prior\u00a0written\u00a0permission\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0organization.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.2\u00a0To\u00a0cause\u00a0nuisance\u00a0to\u00a0other\u00a0exhibitors\u00a0in\u00a0any\u00a0form.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.3\u00a0To\u00a0burn\u00a0incense,\u00a0tealights\u00a0or\u00a0candles\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0stand.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.4\u00a0To\u00a0bring\u00a0own\u00a0tables,\u00a0chairs\u00a0or\u00a0other\u00a0furniture\u00a0without\u00a0permission.\u00a0If\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor\u00a0believes\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0an\u00a0urgent\u00a0reason,\u00a0this\u00a0must\u00a0be\u00a0discussed\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0organization\u00a0in advance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.5\u00a0To\u00a0organize\u00a0lotteries\u00a0or\u00a0competitions\u00a0during\u00a0the\u00a0Holland\u00a0Fisheries\u00a0Event without explicit\u00a0permission\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0organization\u00a0and\u00a0municipal\u00a0authorization.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.6\u00a0To\u00a0carry\u00a0out\u00a0activities\u00a0during\u00a0event\u00a0days\u00a0that\u00a0could\u00a0cause\u00a0damage\u00a0to\u00a0third\u00a0parties\u00a0or\u00a0the\u00a0event\u00a0itself, or\u00a0activities\u00a0that\u00a0fall\u00a0completely\u00a0outside\u00a0the\u00a0scope of\u00a0the\u00a0event without explicit\u00a0permission.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.7\u00a0To\u00a0evade\u00a0fire\u00a0safety\u00a0regulations\u00a0applicable\u00a0to\u00a0exhibitions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      4.8\u00a0To\u00a0make\u00a0the\u00a0stand\u00a0location\u00a0available\u00a0to\u00a0third\u00a0parties, in\u00a0whole\u00a0or in part, without\u00a0the\u00a0organization\u2019s\u00a0knowledge, or\u00a0to\u00a0use\u00a0it\u00a0as a sales point\u00a0for\u00a0third-party\u00a0activities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.0\u00a0Exhibition\u00a0layout<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.1 The\u00a0organization\u00a0is\u00a0entitled\u00a0to\u00a0determine\u00a0the\u00a0hall\u00a0and\u00a0space\u00a0layout\u00a0based\u00a0on order of\u00a0payment\u00a0and\/or\u00a0previously\u00a0made\u00a0agreements.\u00a0Preferences\u00a0of\u00a0exhibitors\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0taken\u00a0into\u00a0account as\u00a0much\u00a0as\u00a0possible.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.2\u00a0Due\u00a0to\u00a0organizational\u00a0circumstances,\u00a0the\u00a0organization\u00a0may\u00a0change\u00a0the\u00a0layout,\u00a0taking\u00a0earlier\u00a0agreements\u00a0into\u00a0account\u00a0where\u00a0feasible.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.3 Stand\u00a0locations\u00a0are\u00a0rented\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0full\u00a0duration\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0event as\u00a0agreed. In case of force majeure changes,\u00a0exhibitors\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0informed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      5.4\u00a0Names\u00a0of stand\u00a0staff\u00a0must\u00a0be\u00a0submitted\u00a0in advance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.0\u00a0Liability<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.1 The\u00a0organization\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0responsible\u00a0for\u00a0damage\u00a0to\u00a0stands or items,\u00a0injury\u00a0to\u00a0visitors, or\u00a0theft. These\u00a0risks\u00a0must\u00a0be\u00a0insured\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.2 The\u00a0organization\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0liable\u00a0for\u00a0disputes\u00a0between\u00a0exhibitors.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.3 The\u00a0organization\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0liable\u00a0for\u00a0errors\u00a0or\u00a0omissions\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Visserijnieuws Special.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.4 The\u00a0exhibitor\u00a0is\u00a0liable\u00a0for\u00a0all\u00a0costs\u00a0owed\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0organization\u00a0related\u00a0to\u00a0participation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      6.5\u00a0Liability\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0organization\u00a0is\u00a0limited\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0stand\u00a0rental\u00a0amount. The\u00a0organization\u00a0may\u00a0dissolve\u00a0the\u00a0agreement in case of non-compliance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      7.0\u00a0Payment<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      7.1 Stand\u00a0rental\u00a0must\u00a0be\u00a0paid\u00a0within\u00a014\u00a0days\u00a0of\u00a0invoice\u00a0date\u00a0unless\u00a0stated\u00a0otherwise.\u00a0Statutory\u00a0interest\u00a0applies\u00a0after\u00a0due\u00a0date.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      7.2 The\u00a0organization\u00a0may\u00a0retain\u00a0items\u00a0until\u00a0payment\u00a0is complete. VAT\u00a0applies.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      7.3\u00a0Participation\u00a0is official\u00a0only\u00a0after\u00a0full\u00a0payment.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      7.4\u00a0Invoice\u00a0disputes\u00a0do\u00a0not\u00a0suspend\u00a0payment\u00a0obligations.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      7.5 Late\u00a0payment\u00a0may\u00a0result\u00a0in withdrawal of stand\u00a0allocation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      8.0 Catering<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      8.1\u00a0Only\u00a0Koningshof catering\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0used.\u00a0Exclusive\u00a0rights\u00a0apply.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      8.2\u00a0Bringing\u00a0own\u00a0food\/drinks or\u00a0appliances\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0allowed,\u00a0except\u00a0demonstrations\u00a0with\u00a0permission.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      8.3 Food\u00a0provision\u00a0requires\u00a0written\u00a0approval\u00a0and\u00a0compliance\u00a0with\u00a0authorities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      9.0\u00a0Smoke-free area<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Smoking is\u00a0prohibited\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0event floor, catering area\u00a0and\u00a0conference rooms.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      10.0 Force majeure<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      The\u00a0organization\u00a0may\u00a0cancel\u00a0the\u00a0event without\u00a0liability.\u00a0Payments\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0partially\u00a0refunded\u00a0after\u00a0deduction\u00a0of\u00a0costs.\u00a0Further\u00a0provisions\u00a0apply\u00a0as\u00a0described.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      11.0\u00a0Furnishing\u00a0materials<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Fire\u00a0regulations\u00a0apply.\u00a0Emergency\u00a0exits\u00a0must\u00a0remain\u00a0clear.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      12.0\u00a0Build-up\u00a0and\u00a0dismantling<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Stands must\u00a0be\u00a0dismantled\u00a0within\u00a0allocated\u00a0time. Late\u00a0removal\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0carried\u00a0out at\u00a0exhibitor\u2019s\u00a0expense.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      13.0\u00a0Cancellation\u00a0by\u00a0exhibitors<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      More\u00a0than\u00a03\u00a0months\u00a0before\u00a0event: 50% of stand rent.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Less\u00a0than\u00a03\u00a0months: 100%.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      14.0 Hindrance,\u00a0bankruptcy, suspension of\u00a0payments<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Special\u00a0provisions\u00a0apply; full rent\u00a0may\u00a0remain\u00a0payable.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      15.0 Insurance<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Exhibitors\u00a0must\u00a0insure\u00a0against\u00a0damage\u00a0and\u00a0liability.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      16.0 Stand\u00a0staffing<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Stands must\u00a0be\u00a0staffed\u00a0during\u00a0opening\u00a0hours.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      17.0\u00a0Miscellaneous<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Dutch\u00a0law\u00a0applies. Lelystad District Court has\u00a0exclusive\u00a0jurisdiction.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      18.0 Delivery of\u00a0goods\u00a0during\u00a0event\u00a0days<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Only\u00a0permitted\u00a0with\u00a0written\u00a0approval.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Holland\u00a0Fisheries\u00a0Event\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0held at Koningshof in Urk,\u00a0hereinafter\u00a0referred\u00a0to\u00a0as: Koningshof.\u00a0By\u00a0signing\u00a0the\u00a0participation\u00a0agreement,\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor\u00a0commits\u00a0to\u00a0comply\u00a0with\u00a0these\u00a0general\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions.\u00a0 1.2\u00a0If\u00a0a\u00a0situation\u00a0arises\u00a0between\u00a0the\u00a0parties\u00a0that\u00a0is\u00a0not\u00a0regulated\u00a0in these\u00a0general\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions,\u00a0this\u00a0situation\u00a0shall\u00a0be\u00a0assessed\u00a0\u201cin\u00a0the\u00a0spirit\u201d of these\u00a0general\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions.\u00a0 1.3 These\u00a0general\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions\u00a0apply\u00a0to\u00a0this\u00a0agreement,\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0exclusion\u00a0of\u00a0any\u00a0other\u00a0general\u00a0terms\u00a0and\u00a0conditions.\u00a0 1.4\u00a0If\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor\u00a0does\u00a0not\u00a0comply, or does\u00a0not\u00a0fully\u00a0comply,\u00a0with\u00a0these\u00a0conditions,\u00a0the\u00a0organization\u00a0is\u00a0entitled\u00a0to\u00a0deny\u00a0access\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Holland\u00a0Fisheries\u00a0Event\u00a0and\/or\u00a0instruct\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor\u00a0to\u00a0immediately\u00a0remove\u00a0stand\u00a0materials\u00a0and\u00a0exhibition\u00a0items, without\u00a0this\u00a0giving\u00a0rise\u00a0to\u00a0any\u00a0claim\u00a0for\u00a0compensation\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor,\u00a0and\u00a0without\u00a0prejudice\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0exhibitor\u2019s\u00a0other\u00a0obligations\u00a0under\u00a0this\u00a0agreement,\u00a0including\u00a0payment\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0agreed\u00a0stand\u00a0rental.
